KN95 is the standard of GB2626-2006 for respiratory protective equipment promulgated by the National Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine Bureau and the National Standardization Management Committee, and is not a specific product name. As long as it meets the KN95 standard and passes the GB2626-2006 standard for respiratory protective equipment, it can be called a "KN95 mask".

The biggest feature of KN95 mask is that it can prevent droplet infection caused by patient's body fluid or blood splash. The size of the droplets is 1 to 5 microns in diameter.
